These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Laeq365 ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

You may use Laeq365 only if you can form a legally binding contract with us, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraudulent or abusive activity.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, and the features included in each plan are displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Taxes (such as VAT) may apply where required by law.

Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you delete your account before the end of your billing cycle, the remaining time is forfeited and will not be reimbursed.

You may request permanent deletion of your account from the account settings page. Once requested:

• All of your data — including invoices, users, companies, files stored on Google Cloud, and any related records — is scheduled for permanent deletion.
• You have a 60-day grace period during which you can sign back in and restore your account.
• After 60 days, deletion is final, automatic, and cannot be reversed.

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or upload illegal or infringing content.

All content, trademarks, designs, logos, and software that make up the Service are owned by Laeq365 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

How we collect, use, and protect personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laeq365 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
